Dave Schwichtenberg - Dave, also known to many as Switz, has been with Stellar for over 15 years.  Most of those years have been spent managing the service department and conducting product service training.  Dave enjoys the day-to-day challenges the service department experiences but mostly enjoys interacting with the Stellar customers, hearing their comments, questions and concerns and making their Stellar experience a positive one.  Dave is a life-time North Iowa resident, where he enjoys golfing, bowling and hunting.  He’s a die-hard Iowa Hawkeye’s fan, and enjoys watching all levels of football in the fall.

Jeff Horstman - Jeff has been part of the Customer Service department for over 10 years at Stellar.  He specializes in helping the tire service truck and mechanic service truck customers.  Jeff is a farm boy, born and raised here in North Iowa, and brings the hard-work ethic to his desk each and every day.  Jeff, and his wife (who is also a Stellar employee) enjoy watching their three sons participate in football and wrestling. 

Al Kuhlman - Al specializes in compressors, electrical systems, body options and accessories.  Al loves working with the Stellar customer as well as working in such a friendly atmosphere.  The customer service group tries to make each day fun and enjoyable, and with Al, there’s never a dull moment.  Al lives in Garner with his wife and two children.  He enjoys hunting, fishing and roughing it in the outdoors.  He’s also a fan of Iowa Hawkeye wrestling and watches it at every chance he gets.  He also enjoys tinkering with cars and doing a little carpentry.

Gerald Nedved - Next time you are up in the East Building offices, stop by, introduce yourself and welcome Gerald Nedved to the Stellar customer service department. Even though Gerald is the new kid on the Stellar block, the past 37 years in the truck equipment business should classify him as an “Old Hand” in this industry. Gerald says, "It’s like the great “Homecoming” for me, returning to the local area with a well established company such as Stellar Industries, Inc. Many of the employees that I have met as well as my prior employment workmates are making my transition into this new adventure very comfortable."

Born a local North Iowa farm boy, him and his wife Pat, have raised 4 children in Garner. They are all now college graduates and are establishing their own families across the United States in places such a Orlando FL, Madison WI, Des Moines and Garner.
In his spare time, he enjoys the great outdoors, local and Iowa college sports, Nascar, Twins baseball and yes, even a Die-Hard Vikings fan.

Gerald looks forward to the challenges ahead and working to grow in the customer service department to best service our customer base

Kyle Freesemann - Kyle was Born and raised on the family farm in Britt, IA. After attending college in Wyoming, he moved back to the Britt area where him and his wife now live.

Kyle has spent the past 6 years as a field service technician working on ag equipment and heavy machinery for Caterpillar. Kyle enjoys working with customers and listening to their concerns. During his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, riding his Harley, and is an avid Iowa Hawkeyes fan.

Lisa Piklapp  - A die-hard football fan, and a die-hard Stellar employee, Lisa has been with Stellar for over 10 years.  She’s responsible for handling all warranty claims and return goods.  She loves working with the Stellar customers, and getting to know them and their businesses, as well as having such a great group of co-workers here in Garner.  Lisa loves to swing the golf clubs, ride her Harley and spend time with her daughter and granddaughter.

Dorothy Schaefer  -  Dort is big on customer satisfaction.  She has enjoyed helping the Stellar customer receive their parts orders in a fast efficient manner for three years now, joining Stellar in 2006.   Dort is the Stellar Part’s Order Entry guru and the one to call for your parts and service kits.  She’s an avid dart thrower and is a member of a local dart league.
